Imagined by Holly Cass, this amazing adventure was brought about by Holly’s vision for lifestyle and culture. Her creativity can be observed from her Big Bear office all the way through her family. The culture is inspired by Holly’s love for the outdoors. As a young adventurer, rock climber, and mountain bike rider, she was inspired to share her love and passion with her family – her husband & 4 children- and the community.

What is life if we aren’t living our best life? That was the question that sparked the Summit Real Estate Enterprises, Inc. brand. And it is the passion that flows from her family at home to her tribe at the office – the homeowners she partners with and all the guests that travel through the Summit portfolio of homes. Community and authenticity fuel the dream.

Growing up in various regions of the Sierra National Forest, rock climbing and dirt bagging, Holly has nestled into the Big Bear Valley and calls it home. Her children can be found racing downhill mountain bikes worldwide and skiing and snowboarding on local Freestyle and Ski Race Teams.
